Hotels 

Bay State College Showcase 2024 will be Stay-to-Play in order to efficiently manage travel logistics for all teams. We will be using the following resource to assist with all hotel bookings and look forward to being able to accommodate all your team's hotel needs. To book your rooms, Click Here.

Requirements:

  1. All teams traveling 80 miles or farther from Taunton, MA are required to reserve hotel accommodations.
  2. Each team is required to book a minimum of 8 rooms / night
  3. Teams may secure their own accommodations by exercising the "Hotel Buyout" option of $750.00/team.
  4. Buyout payment due 8 Weeks prior to event.
